While this is a relatively new outlet for us, we've been retailing these products through another online store (colonelmustard.ca) for over 5 years. However, the Colonel Mustard focus is on shooting accessories and we realise that, while nearly all Canadians have a love of our great outdoors, not everyone is a fan of shooting sports so Trailfinder.ca gives us an opportunity to focus on the outdoor equipment area of our businesses.
We carry some pretty unique-to-Canada items as we primarily import directly from the manufacturer - that also allows us to keep our pricing low, by not having to go through a distributor or having the overheads of a 'brick and mortar' store.
We only sell from our inventory held in our warehouse in Cochrane, just West of Calgary in Alberta. If an item doesn't say 'Sold Out' it mean we physically have the item in stock and will ship as soon as we can, which is dependent on workload but nearly always within 2 business days and often next day.
Because you're paying a flat rate for shipping in Canada (or the US) we choose the best shipper depending on your location and the size/weight of the order. Only Canada Post can ship to PO Boxes but we also use UPS and Purolator for addresses they can ship to.
If you're based outside of Canada or the US, please contact us for shipping quotes but be aware that Canadian shipping is pretty expensive!
